How to Download the taxi app?
Our application is available on both Google play store or Apple app store. you can download it and for sign up follow the instructions.
Is your Company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed. All our vehicles are also insured.
Can i book taxi in advance?
Yes, You can book prior to your journey through our app or call to our customer care.
Can i book the return ride?
Yes, you can. you can book the return ride at the same time when you are booking your 1st ride.
What happens if I haven't received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?
This could be due to a number of reasons, most commonly a misspelt email address.

Can i get refund ?
if you cancel your ride prior to your booking time you will get fully refund. You just needs to call our customer care department.

Yes, it is. Our app is free to download. you can download our app and register yourself to make an account. That's it. you are all done to book your ride with us
Can i book taxi for someone else?
yes you can, you just need to give us the destination details. we were set all setup for you.
